Please also note, because we are a 3rd Party Manager, the specific answer to your question depends on which property you are inquiring about and whether it is participating in the programs. Many properties are not set up for accepting Section 8/HCV, but we may be able to convince the owner to participate.

Be mindful that our screening criteria is very thorough, and our properties tend to be on the higher level of rents, so before you apply, please read carefully our screening criteria listed HERE and make sure you include all your income documentation/voucher as part of your application.

All leases may include a one-time Cleaning Service for $0.25/s.f. and a Resident Benefit charge equal to 1.2% of the monthly rent, and $13 for 24/7 maintenance response charged each month.  Other Fees for pets and other items may apply.  An application fee of $60 (or more if stated on property listing) per adult is required, and there may be additional costs assessed for Common Interest Community charges.  Some ordinances limit these charges, and, if a conflict exists, the ordinance shall apply.
