How to Apply

If you’re interested in leasing a home from Real Property Management Viking, it is best to first find a property you are interested in renting, then complete the online application.

Be mindful that our screening criteria is very thorough, and our properties tend to be on the higher level of rents, so before you apply, please read carefully our screening criteria listed HERE and make sure you include all your income documentation/voucher as part of your application.

All leases may include a one-time Cleaning Service for $0.25/s.f. and a Resident Benefit charge equal to 1.2% of the monthly rent, and $13 for 24/7 maintenance response charged each month.  Other Fees for pets and other items may apply.  An application fee of $60 (or more if stated on property listing) per adult is required, and there may be additional costs assessed for Common Interest Community charges.  Some ordinances limit these charges, and, if a conflict exists, the ordinance shall apply.

1. Review the properties available to rent.
2. Click on your desired property.
3. Click Apply Online.
4. Complete the Online Rental Application
5. Pay Application Fee
