Submit Move-out Documents

Upon move-out, we require evidence that the City Utilities have been settled with a $0.00 balance. If the balance is not $0.00, or the city has not provided a final bill at the time of move-out, we will estimate and pro-rate the bill and charge to the Security Deposit/Instrument.
